Astraz Software Solutions LLP built the ALCA app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Astraz Software Solutions LLP at no cost and is intended for use as is. To allow you to upload or update your profile image using your device camera or gallery.

The app requests the following permissions only when you update your profile image:

Camera Access: To capture a photo for your profile image.
Gallery Access: To select and upload an image from your device for your profile picture.

These permissions are used solely for updating your profile picture and not for any other purpose.

4. Payment Information & Processing

All payments made by members through the ALCA app, including contributions, claims, and other charges, are used solely for membership-related purposes. Payments are processed securely via:

Federal Bank: Direct online banking transactions.
Easebuzz Payment Gateway: Online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
Other Online Methods: Any other supported online payment channels approved by ALCA

We do not store your full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by the respective banking/payment platforms using their secure protocols.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may share your information:

With authorized ALCA officials for service and claim processing.
With legal authorities, if required by law.
With service providers (such as payment gateways) strictly for operational purposes.

Member-Specific Notifications: Alerts regarding your account, such as confirmation of payments, claim status updates, or reminders.
Offline Payment Notifications: If an administrator adds an offline payment on your behalf, you will receive a notification on your registered device.

Notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and are linked to your registered device token. You may choose to disable notifications at any time through your device settings; however, some notifications are essential for service-related communication.

11. Refund Policy

At ALCA, we strive to ensure that all payments are processed smoothly and securely. However, in certain situations, refunds may be applicable as outlined below:

Failed or Incomplete Transactions:
If a payment transaction fails or is not completed successfully, but the amount is debited from your bank account, the debited amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
Duplicate Payments:
If the same payment is debited more than once due to technical issues, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
Mode of Refund:
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used (bank account, UPI, card, etc.). Cash refunds are not supported.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Payments successfully completed for valid contributions, claims, or services are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise decided by the ALCA.
Final Authority:
The final decision regarding refunds rests with ALCA.

12. Cancellation Policy

Members can request cancellation by contacting the organization. Processed services may not be cancelled.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This service is governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under Kerala jurisdiction.
