Founded in 2015, the Aluminium Labour Contract Association (ALCA) is an independent trade union dedicated to the upliftment of the Aluminium, Glass & PVC fabrication industry in Kerala — improving the living standards of traders, contractors and fabricators associated with the industry.
Inclusive Membership — We represent all professionals in the aluminium, glass & PVC fabrication industry — from fabricators and erection contractors to traders and dealers.
Industry-Wide Reach — Active across window fabrication, glazing, PVC & aluminium door/partition work, curtain wall erection, and related installation trades throughout Kerala.
Industry Liaison — We work closely with industry bodies and trade associations to shape policies and practices that benefit our members.
Independent & Democratic — ALCA is a fully independent trade union with no political affiliation. Leadership is democratically elected by the membership through the State Committee structure.
